Proctor Engineering Group, Ltd. (“PEG”) is currently seeking a seasoned technical and managerial professional to serve as our Program Manager for implementing energy efficiency programs for Tucson Electric Power. The Program Manager will be responsible for the overall administration including interaction with and reporting to Tucson Electric Power staff, customer outreach, contractor recruiting and relations, and supervision of PEG staff in the Tucson office.

Qualifications:

• BS or BA degree or comparable degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• 8-10 years project management experience.
• Experience in utility based residential energy efficiency programs highly desirable.
• Previous hands-on experience working with HVAC equipment highly desirable.
• Exemplary customer service, oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Professional and informative communication via well-written documents.
• Excellent organizational, time management and analytical skills.
• Strong ability to handle competing priorities.
  
• Ability to train and motivate staff to build an effective team.
• Ability to work in a satellite office, understanding and translating direction from a corporate office.
  Proficiency in computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Word and Excel).
