Duct Leakage to Outside. (Flow Hood Method)

Duct leakage exceeded 150 CFM 50 in 96% of the systems.

Low Air Flow

Air flow measured across the indoor coil was deficient by more than 50 CFM/Ton on 24% of the systems. Sample size- 175 systems.

Refrigerant Charge

Systems were found to be undercharged in 19% of the sample. Thirty-six percent of units were overcharged and 45% correctly charged..
